Man busted for killing elderly woman claimed ‘his pants fell’ before alleged sex assault

Quote:
The man accused of sexually assaulting and killing a 92-year-old woman in Queens claimed to cops that he’d been trying to help the old woman — but then he lost his balance, his belt broke, his pants fell down and his genitals accidentally came in contact with hers, it was revealed in court Friday.

It sounds like science fiction, but a number of tech wearables are letting users control devices with their thoughts. The implications for consumers and businesses are significant. But to start out, the goal of two developers is to simply enable more productivity. Tina Trinh meets the Brooklyn team behind a thought-powered headset.

^ That news item really has "Can't Believe That" status. It's just incredible, but also scary. Especially the bit where they say, "...scientists sliced into one robot, it healed itself and kept moving". In reality, that happened on a micro-scale, but also happens a lot in Terminator 2

Also hard to believe: It's official -the USA is more corrupt than the Ukraine.

Anyway, that is my take away from these bare facts:

> Cellphone records emerge indicating that US citizens linked to Trump have been involved in stalking US ambassador Yovanovitch.
> Secretary of State Pompeo says nothing to defend a member of his department, who has been accused of nothing apart from doing her job conscientiously.
> Head of DOJ, Barr, is implicated as a team member of officials who, at a minimum, turned a blind eye to the whole "get Yovanovitch" conspiracy.
> Barr says nothing, does nothing.
> Ukraine launches investigation.
> Barr and Pompeo continue in office despite their blatant dereliction of duty.
