The Constitution only lists two specific high crimes for a president in regard to the office.

Treason and Bribery.

This is bribery clear as day.

Ukraine, if you want the US $400 mil of aid, go on national TV and say "Corruption" and "Biden". Toss in "Clinton" and "DNC" for bonus points.

Pretty sure that legally it would be considered extortion, not bribery.

yea you're right I was only trying to keep the bar high cause OH said the whole exortion deal with Ukraine isn't a scandal, so you bringing up something that was less of a scandal caused me to dismiss its scandalousness. Although I must insist that the Ukraine scandal makes your scandal look like a 2 bit whore on Hollywood Blvd.
