People can say what they want about Islamaphobia, and it's certainly a problem don't get me wrong, but Christians haven't executed anybody for heresy or apostasy for quite a while now. Sudan and Afghanistan = balls.

Don't forget beating her because Islamic law doesn't agree with her marriage.

But it is a religion and it is their religious belief. We must respect it and not criticise it :).

Stupid idea. Why on Earth would I have respect for a religion, or any religion, when I have no respect for the concept at all? If I have to live in a world created by religious folk then I have a right to criticize it. If I have to live in a state where gays can't get married because of a bunch of people's "personal" beliefs, then they are no longer just personal.
