Is anyone willing to bet me that K-Fed will get on the Supreme Court? I say he does and this whole thing is only remembered by liberals a year from now and even the liberal politicians won't care that much cause you can't really make that much of a stink about officials appointed for life.

Yeah

I watched his whole show on youtube

Dude is a weird-o on the real. It’s like he’s never been ****ed with and he literally can’t believe what’s happening. ****er was tearing up over everything and saying the weirdest ****. He’d get ****ing destroyed in any working class hard labor setting. The FBI might end up extending his investigation, too. KGB his rich spoiled ass. Harvard already fired him just in case he doesn’t get on. Just that stupid look on his face makes you want to bring a sledgehammer down on his skull.

I just can't believe that it's even still a conversation after that insane display of immaturity.
The GOP led Senate will vote him in unless something big comes out of the FBI stuff. They NEED him on the court badly if they hope to retain control of both the House and Senate in November. They want all of the GOP folks running to be able to campaign on a stacked Conservative Supreme Court - something the GOP has wanted badly for decades. Why?

- Roe v Wade might get repealed.
- Teaching creationism might be allowed back into schools.
- Campaign finance reform won't stand a chance in hell.
- Same goes for any further gun legislation.
- A woman's right to her own body will suffer.
- Consenting adult's rights to privacy within their own homes will suffer.
- Executive privilege will be expanded. Trump pardons Trump might just happen!

The big one is R v W though. Red meat conservatives have been aiming at this ever since abortions became legal.

They're obviously permanently affixed to Kavanaugh in the vote, but an empty SC seat would 100% cause a red tide to counteract any kind of blue wave. Conservatives may be stupid, but boy can they unite when their dicks are all shriveled up in fear.

Agree to disagree. If BK doesn't get on the bench by November a lot of conservatives are going to stay home out of disgust. BK would be another in a line of failed Trump promises - namely building a wall and repealing Obamacare.

If BK goes down buyers remorse will really hit home badly for a lot of people.

Did you stop voting when Merrick Garland didn't get the seat?

I too think he’s getting on. He and Clarence Thomas will be dry humping Ruth Bader Ginsburg in no time.

It would just contribute to the conservative idea that they're under attack. The conservatives don't care why their policies or appointees aren't going through, they just care that they aren't going through. Failing at this point simply justifies the conspiracy theory mentality that they have to try harder.
