Jeff Flake has a change of mind, sort of. He will only vote yes to Kavanaugh if the committee agrees to a one week FBI investigation into the allegations - including (hopefully) an interview and grilling of Mark Judge, who the GOP has been hiding away from any scrutiny.

Judge has agreed to be interviewed. Things are moving along FAST! I hate the senate rule that says if there's a tie the VP gets to break the deadlock.

Been saying that since we're surely getting another C(c)on on the Court,
getting Kavanaugh in with all of his baggage could be better than getting, for example, this ultra-C(c)on woman that's in line - Barrett - who may have less negatives in her past - simply because it would be easier to remove Kavanaugh once he's in after the Dems take control - but, yes, they'd have to take a pretty good portion of the Senate for there to be a Kav impeachment, but all of the papers could come out and subpoenas, etc could begin shining more light on him - as if we hadn't already seen enough... |

I dunno why Barrett didn't get first billing anyway. She'd be a lot harder to pull the rape card against. Plus you wouldn't get all the hysterical whining about Roe v. Wade.

1. Her good friend is battling serious health issues and can't get involved so she stated: "I don't remember the party but I believe you 100%". 2. Mark Judge has also said he doesn't remember that particular party. Sick the FBI on that dude. 3. Third witness is also taking the 'I don't want to jump into this maelstrom' ****storm by saying she also doesn't remember. Love how Kavanaugh and the GOP kept making these 3 statements as totally exonerating him yesterday. BK fell back on this stance at least 3 dozen times during his testimony. The way you frame your words dude. You come across as a total GOP shill. Pull off the mask and show us who you really are? I vote DTJ.

Just in: Trump orders the FBI probe.
Judge and his lawyers are considering asking for complete immunity from any prosecution if he testifies that he was there and witnessed the assault. And yes, unlike DTJ, oops, I mean Ant, I believe Doctor Ford 100%.
