If anyone really cared about collusion, people from the DNC would be going to jail as well. But that ain't gonna happen, because paying 3rd parties to gather intel on a political opponent (Trump) from misc. sources in the Russian and Ukrainian governments (which is what Christopher Steele did at the behest of those who paid him) apparently doesn't meet whatever bar has been set.
