I don't agree. I've seen Chula get a little too combative, but usually when he's being knowingly provoked. OH just goes for the jugular for no reason other than he enjoys being a douche.

Chula always thinks he's being provoked. It seems like he's always trying for the jugular he's just not as savage as OH. I think it's obvious that Chula is going through some rough mental problems right now, which isn't an excuse, but more understandable than being a dick for the sake of being a dick. I guess that same understanding should be extended to Kiiii as well, to be fair.
