A non-league footballer apologised today for taunting a Premier League star over his stillborn baby on Twitter in a 'moment of madness'

In yesterday's match, Arsenal came back from 3-0 down to draw level late on, so Mr Barker tweeted Arter directly and said: 'At least you didn't lose your kid'.

The footballer then added: 'Big hype just for a disappointment like the 9 months leading up to your childs (sic) birth.'

But today, an apologetic Mr Barker said he was ‘so sorry about what I have done’ and revealed his aunt had suffered two miscarriages in the last five years.

If he genuinely came out and made the apology then sure, he's fine. If he did it because of pressure to apologize, then **** him.

I don't know much about Reagan-era USA, but I suspect that the arms race would've marched inexorably on, regardless of whether Reagan contributed or not. If you're looking for a culprit, surely this is the guy to blame, not George Will:-
