What is the law that bans being offensive? The article says that the sheriff called it offensive then extensively covers his video and the predictable reaction. It doesn't even say what exactly he had been convicted of. Some history on the legislation would be nice too. It's just poor journalism mate. It's focused on the reaction because that gets clicks.
