Eh, it was just kind of meh, like two good friends who are riffing on each other in a way that's really just for them and not for us. If I enjoyed it is was more for them just having fun together rather than any actual humor. But I love Kevin Hart so it's no knock on him, and The Rock is just fun.

I liked it because I love seeing celebrities totally losing it laugh wise.

I can watch Seinfeld bloopers for hours.
