A Dictator CAN work, but I never said it WOULD work because the dictator is human.

What? Isn't that another contradiction? The Dictator is always going to be human (in the forseeable future anyway) So doesn't that mean it'll never work?

He's saying he doesn't think a dictator would work because it has human faults, not that a non-human one would.
