If we atacked North Korea they wouldn't start a worldwide nuclear war, because they're nt that stupid. Got it? The reason we would attack is for human rights. Things are pretty terrible over there.

Most of those countries in Africa have billions of dollars flowing in every year from charitable organizations. North Korea is very, very different.

That money doesn't seem to be making much of a difference.
Also, I was reading where some charity sent a ton of food to an impoverished African country and the government sent armed men to keep the people from getting the food. It just sat there and rotted. When the government is actively trying to keep the people down, it takes more than a charity to make a difference.
