It's just insane to me that the article felt the need to point out that the person was trans, as if that was at all relevant. And to put it front and center in the title of the article too.

But it's a publication from TERF Island so I don't know why I expected better.

I believe it's important to highlight the intersection of different axes of oppression. We're not free until everyone is free, ever heard of queer liberation? There's a lot of pinkwashing going on, and people are trying to tell queer people that they can't be part of what's happening in Palestine. And I just want to be here for pro-Palestinian transfolk cause what's happening is disgusting.
