Can anybody help me find the name of this song? (lyrics, Kiss)

I've been trying to find a song that I heard in the early '80's, but the problem is I don't know either the name of the song or the artist. It was a funny song, and some of the lyrics were along the lines of "the night before keeps coming back in bits and pieces" and "kissing/kissed the bosses wife in the bathroom in the dark", and also mentioned something about both wearing a lampshade as a hat and chasing the bosses cat down the hall (I think). I know it is being extremely vague, and I have tried to find it by entering those lines in the search engines. I thought it was by David Allen Coe, but searching through lyrics websites didn't get any results either . Anyway, the song is basically about a guy who went to an office party and got way too drunk. Any help on this would be appreciated.
