I am looking for a song title and artist. The jist of the song is that a guy gets off of work, comes along an older well to do lady with a flat--he fixes the flat and refuses money. Basically tells her to pass it forward. The lady then goes to a cafe where she is waited on by a very pregnant and tired looking young woman. She leaves her a tip of $100. Turns out the young pg woman is the tire changer's wife. Can anyone help?

Okay, I couldn't remember the name of it either, or the artist. But I did remember the last line was "I love you Joe." So, I typed that into Google and found out it was Clay Walker's Chain of Love. That would have bothered me all day if I didn't find out!
