Help Finding Song/Video by Female Artist from several years back

Hey guys!

Figured I'd go to the experts to help me figure out the name of an artist who's completely erased herself from my brain. I have no idea how far back she had a couple of great videos, but one was about a breakup and the tears she was crying were not about him but a black cloud overhead.

Shot all in a studio against a white backdrop. In the end the guy ends up with the rain cloud over him.

HELP???!!!
