Help with song title and artist
 

I am looking for a country song from the 80s (?), Sung by a female artist.

It's about a woman thinking about the son she gave up as a baby as she driving past a high school (I think there's a football game going on and son might be one of the fb players) no matter how I word it, google is no help. It driving me nuts. Thanks!
