Default Vaporwave Folk (?)

Howdy!

As in the title. Several days ago in "Japanese Music" threat I posted "Wakkanai" song by The Dolomites. I referred it was some sort of vaporwave music (or at least, aesthetic stylization pretty similar to vaporwave). And then, I thought to myself...

"What if there's more stuff like this one? The combination of traditional sounds and Internet retro-vibes..."

What do you think about that? Is it actually decent to create such tunes? Or it is rather more like the natural consequence of Internet advancement?

Stage is yours!

To start it up: I Have Prøblemas, project located in NYC that combines vaporwave style and Urugwaian candombe music.
