okay this is a thread for middle eastern music because i couldn't find one, mostly arabic because i'm probably going to be the only person posting BUT farsi, armenian and i guess turkish can also count?? yeah, those are good too. as well as hebrew music, nubian, berber, etc.

yes. in morocco and algeria, tunisia too i think. pretty sure there are people there who still speak the language and everything. also i probably should have used the word amazigh. some of them find the word berber offensive. SORRY!

i don't know about the moors but i know for a fact amazigh still have their own language and culture and yeah.. idk i assume the majority at this point are mixed arab-amazigh over there but don't take my word for it cuz i don't know those areas that well.
