You should check out a hebrew song called "Eliyahu HaNavi" sung by the Moshav Band.

Here're a couple of instrumental tracks by another Israeli artist. The first track has a nice piano interlude, and in the other Yossi Sassi injects Middle-Eastern music with a huge dose of rock. Enjoy!
