This song is driving me crazy
 

I've got two lines of a country song from the 80's stuck in my head, and no matter how I try I can't remember the title. Here's the last two lines of the chorus:

"Every now and then for awhile,
A cowboy from the forties comes to life"

Does anyone recognize this song? I can't find anything on the net to help me out. Thanks in advance.
