Vote for a new FAIR album before November 14
Every two weeks the Folk And International Roots Album Club votes for an album that they will listen to and discuss in the coming weeks.
Anyone can vote in this poll, but if you vote, please follow through and be ready to discuss whichever album wins the poll. Thanks once more to stp, and an album from Frownland with a very unusual origin, we have a total of eight albums to choose between in this poll - but at least you have a week to make up your minds. ( As more than half the nominations are from stp, he still has a special dispensation and is entitled to vote for his one of his own albums if he wants.) Quote:

We have an interesting winner for this poll: Hamza El Din, whose album Al Oud will be the subject of a discussion thread opening on November 21st. See you there - assuming you make it back from your journey with Hamza to the Nubia of forty-five years ago and more. For those of you who dare, enjoy your journey into this obscure corner of the world music map....
