I'll nominate "Neshamah" by Tim Sparks. It's a nice solo acoustic guitar album that explores several different types of traditional Jewish music with some jazzy themes.

I`ve never heard of this guy, so I`ll be interested to see what the verdict is. Does he have lots of albums ? Does he turn up in someone else`s band as well ?

In contrast to Frantz Casseus's Haitian Dances I felt that there was much more variation and emotion across this album. It also made more effective use of the tones that can be achieved with an acoustic guitar. To be fair I guess Frantz was probably a lot more limited by the technical resources of the day but on the whole Neshamah was a lot more absorbing emotionally speaking.
