Yeah, that one's great! Worth a rewatch. I was so surprised back when I first saw what she looked like; I didn't expect to see a petite blonde woman. (not sure why)

I rediscovered this one just now; it's a cover of a Jackson C. Frank song:

I know what you mean. Her wilfulness and self assuredness, the way she comfortably takes on the roles of judge, jury and executioner, her world-weariness - it's not typical of a young woman.

Yes, precisely. (I have mild synesthesia so her voice to me looks like curling black plumes of smoke, so I suppose I expected an older lady with wild black hair)

DwnWthVwls what's yer favorite song of hers?

And I must be incredibly behind the times because I haven't heard of this plug thing you all keep referencing.

It's a toss up between Alpha Shallows and My Manic and I.

I havent listened to her most revent album so it's subject to change. She did an awesome performance with Mumford and Dharohar Project. Ill try to find it when i get home.

Wow, nice, haven't seen that performance. Devil's Spoke is in my top 5 for sure.

She should collaborate with Anna Calvi... Their voices would be sublime together.
