Israeli & Middle eastern Music
I am familiar with mostly older Israeli music. I also heard alot of arabic musiwhen I lived in Israel, but am not familiar with the artistes
So if anyone is familiar either with Arabic music artistes or contemporary Israeli acts, please post here! To kick off, someone who must have been one of Israels biggest stars, the late OFRA HAZA |

Habibi-Amr Diab
Not sure what he's singing about, but habibi is beloved, i beleive. Nice tune. Love the instrumentation & vocals. mellow From back in the sixties this is the type of arabic music I recall from way back |
