Buffy Sainte Marie - Universal Soldier

Buffy Sainte Marie - Now That the Buffalo's Gone

My mother had a few Buffy albums, not heard her music in a while.

Robert Zimmerman, pre-electric, when everybody loved him. Well apart from the people who didn't like folk:

Bobby Dylan - Mr. Tambourine Man (Live at the Newport Folk Festival. 1964)

Timeless.

More timelessness:

Neil Young - Heart Of Gold (live)

Van Morrison - Astral Weeks

If I ventured in the slipstream
Between the viaducts of your dream
Where immobile steel rims crack
And the ditch in the back roads stop
Could you find me?
Would you kiss-a my eyes?
To lay me down
In silence easy
To be born again
To be born again

Best artist ever? Probably. My favourite at any rate. The man's a poet.

Van Morrison - Sweet Thing

Van Morrison - Warm Love

Some songs are like medicine. Such happy lyrics. Such a good vibe.

Van Morrison - Angeliou

Van Morrison - And the Healing Has Begun

Genius. Could listen to him all day.
