Dunno where to put these, but here's as good a place as any:

Tom McRae - Sao Paulo Rain

Tom McRae - A&B Song

I've a few Thea Gilmore albums and feel she's the best songwriter I've heard since Bob Dylan. So many of her songs could pass as poetry. All fans of lyrics should check her out:

Thea Gilmore - Teach Me To Be Bad

Thea Gilmore - This Town

Thea Gilmore - Coffee and Roses

Thea Gilmore - You're The Radio

I'm just putting it here because it's Russian.
Basically it's pop rock, but the great jazzy sax might be one of the best things about it.

Beacuse it's Russian? Haha. Why not. It's pretty funky. Is it a song about Africa?

It's called Captain Africa. Not a superhero though.
Lyrics are kinda cryptic and possibly full of buddhist allusions, as it's mostly the case with those guys.

Here's another funky little number. The dissonant honky-tonk piano totally rules.
