Anybody excited that they're back together and releasing new music? I didn't think it would happen! Their first single The One That Got Away makes me feel hopeful for August 6, though.

I love the Civil Wars.
Sadly they split up just before the release of their new self-titled album. I saw them at a concert at the Round House & next morning I heard they had cancelled the rest of their tour!!
I hope theyb get back together again

Last I heard, they were not even talking to each other, though Joy was hoping for a rapprochement. John wasn't talking to anyone, & Joy had to do all the protion for the album herself. It didn't hurt sales, though. Sounds like an episode of "Nashville".

I love The Civil Wars. Poison and Wine is probably my favorite song by them.
