Default Tarantella

I'm quite sure there is at least one fan skulking around this place, seeing as i downloaded an album from somebody's suggestion.

ANYYWAHAHAHAY, yes, these guys are the shizz. I believe they are American, yet you wouldnt divulge this fact without reading up on the band. They play a brand of gothic-country that sounds like it's come straight from deepest, darkest Mexico. There is a strong Indie-Rock influence thrown in there too, but far from resulting in a sound flirting with the generic, they mould all these influences together to create something haunting, creeping and dynamic, full of compositional complexity and the unpredictable.

Esqueletos is the abum i have and it shits all over your mother, so get it.

Probably me or Conan (who learned about them from moi). I'm actually surprised that video you posted isn't the one I put up on Youtube, makes me want to find the person who did post it and break their legs for one upping me, the cunt...

Anyhow I actually posted these guys in my Gothic Country Thread earlier in the year after I found them one drunken night surfing through Last.fm and I have to say this is one of my favorite finds of 2009. Their music is just so hauntingly beautiful and yes, it does shit over everyone's mother.

I have it uploaded if anyone wants it.

I see no problem with that. Eloquent, concise and informative; this review shits all over the mothers of other reviews.

I love these guys. As far as I can tell they have but one album, which is dissapointing because I liked it so much.

This one is much better. Best of the album in my opinion.

Had that thing stuck in my head for days.

Amazing band. They've got such a great vibe about their sound from what I've heard of them (Esqueletos - another very fine album Pete was kind enough to send me at some point). Couldn't recommend these folks enough to anyone.
