I've gotta go with "One Piece at A Time" as far as I know, that was the first song to utilize the term "psychobilly" the video with June Carter (see below) is classic, his entire catalog is of course fantastic, but this one's always had a special place in my heart.

I still can't go past Ring of Fire.... I know it's probably pretty cliche of me, but it's just such a darn good song!

Plus is cover of Rusty Cage by Soundgarden.... timeless!

The obvious "Walk the Line", fun to play with and sing, it's a great song. The cover of Hurt is also very good, it puts me down though.
