in the arabic songs we talked about rai but it got nothing to do with it [they usually use 3 languages in the same song] ... so i thought of specializing a thread for it.

some of my favorite rai artists:
Cheb mami
cheb Khaled
Sawt el Atlas
Faudel
and especially Rachid Taha

I've a special feeling for Rachid Taha and especially his Rock the casba cover. His huge addiction for alcohol and drugs probably have ruined a more bright career.
