Hi! Nice to see people have returned. I've been over at the blog too - welcome back. Some new names mentioned for me to check out, thanks.
I just saw a video of Hatchet Man by Federation X at a blog called Shaking Street. [Federation X - American Folk Horror (2001)] and thought that they were interesting. Do you guys also like the "Deep Blues Festival" stuff like Left Lane Cruiser, High Plains Drifters, RL Burnside, etc.? |

Here's a new band I found the other night who are from my old stomping grounds of Vancouver
Headwater Not quite as dark as some of the other bands I've posted in this thread but they've managed to strike a nice balance between the dark and the light. Found one of their albums cheap on a website and their newest album from rapidshare, then found out that they're playing a free show next Friday ![]() |
