Yeah, I can say that I'm not a fan, but not everybody wants to hear songs about despair, murder, and tragedy so I'll leave them to what makes them happy and I'll stick to what makes me happy... which just happens to be songs about murder, despair, tragedy, and loss.

Pobodys_Nerfect

Have you listened to Joe Purdy's Last Clock On The Wall?

I think it is very good. I would be very surprised if you did not like it.

I've found another lowly wanderer in the this miserable and depressingly wonderful genre, I bring to you Mr. Christian Williams.

Christian Williams

I have the album "Built With Bones" and will upload the video for "Red" on Youtube for you fine folks. If you're interested I will sent you a link.

Gotta say, these guys are f*cking superb! I'm just giving that album you sent me another spin - I liked it a lot on the first listen, but it's grown on me even more now. Terrific stuff. Couldn't recommend them enough to any gothic americana virgins out there.

I'm glad you like them Bulldog. Every now and then I'll just type in something on Last.fm and find something utterly spectacular. Happened to me yesterday, I was looking up artists similar to Sadistik and found this one guy from Denver called Input. Totally amazing MC and the album I was able to procure really spoke to me, especially the song "A Radio With Guts".

Didn't know DBT was considered to be in this genre, but I'll check out these other bands with that knowledge. probably one of the better bands out there.

"Devil won't stay" was the filthiest, nastiest song I've heard in 25 years.
