Neko is great, with or without The New Pornos (though there is definitely something extra special when she's singing one of A.C. Newman's songs).

Also check out Eleni Mandell's new album "Artificial Fire" if you enjoy Neko Case. It's not exactly the same, but it's very enjoyable.

I'm listening to "Middle Cyclone" right now and I'm really digging it. That's pretty much all I can say right now since I'm only 5 songs in, but the reason why I decided to get it was because Kurt Heasley (from Lilys) plays guitar and has some backing vocals in the album.
