What are you talking about? Lynyrd Skynyrd is very rarely reffered to as "rock country", everyone calls them southern rock. As is the The Allman Brothers Band.

Yeah, "rock country" would be Charlie Daniels or Hank Williams Jr. (or 3rd for that matter, if you like punk country)

I like country when I am in a sad mood. I am not really into pop-country but more of the slower ballad type stuff.

what? how can you listen to country when in a sad mood? that stuff is depressing as is. I tolerate country because they have some good love songs that I can use to make mix cds for my gf.

I can dance to it and sometimes even sing to it.... and when its not going on about their trucks and such... its actually pretty good music...
