Exactly who I recommend. I just downloaded her 2010 album Bleu Noir and it's like the French Britney, Gaga, Madonna all in one with electronic music thrown in for size.

ZAZ is beautiful music. She's kind of french Jazz but with a pop sound. The song I'd listen to first would be Je Veux
