If you're looking for modern irish artists then you guys should check out Director, The Frames and Bell X1 (i could add 60000000 different artists to this thread, but right now they're my favourites)

There was some really great music around in the 90's. One band some of you might find interesting are Rollerskate Skinny, they featured Kevin Shields' younger brother Jimi

Another band that made some really great music in the late 80's and early 90's were Something Happens

Brilliant live band

They're a bit hit or miss but this is a cool song. Brilliant video as well.

Fight Like Apes are awesome, MayKay is absolutely insane.. I'd love to see them live.

Anyways, I quite like Queen Kong & You're Only Massive, they're a guilty pleasure if I've ever had one.

Ugly Megan are halfway decent, they're are a sort of happy little twee/folk duo who happen to be irish too.

If you're an 80 year old grandmother i doubt there's any on MB

Anyway, whether you like this next lot or not they're pretty much going to be huge

This version doesn't sound to bad, but if you can find the original single version it sounds way better

And that's a guy singing by the way...
