Please help ID this theme
 

I heard this lovely theme many years ago. I am almost sure it is from a fourth movement of a Haydn quartet but still I cannot find it. I have no notation software but wrote a sample on Soundslice and attached it in jpg format. I do not know the tone of the piece, I put it in G major.
