I listen to YouTube on autoplay while I work, and the other day I came across the group Snarky Puppy - really neat music. One of their keyboard players is Cory Henry, I like him. His youtube videos are mostly organ, however here's a piano piece:

for the sake of mentioning young, living pianists... has anyone mentioned Benjamin Grosvenor yet? Totally under appreciated pianist and mainly in the European scene.

It is indeed and quite well known. I've been watching some of their drummer's (Larnell Lewis) videos on youtube lately. He's fantastic with impeccable timing.

We Like it Here was probably my favourite album of 2014.

^ oh yes

Lingus is a fantastic showcase piece for Larnell and Corey Henry (everyone else too). I love seeing the look on people faces when they hear/see it for the first time.
