Need Help finding Titel and Artist/Composer

Hello,

thanks in advance for taking the time to try and help me
ive watched the following youtube video and they play a piano piece at the end which im desperatly trying to find unsuccessfully for 2 days now - i dont have shazam, neither do i own a smartphone to use it on so help is definetly appreciated.
