SheetMusicPlus is a good place for quickly accessible music. I've had good luck with musicnotes.com scores as well. I googled and noticed musicnotes.com had a section for "Classical Halloween Sheet Music."
Have you also tried IMSLP.org yet? It's a massive archive that you can sift through for free. There is bound to be some moderately Halloweeny compositions in there. CPDL.org also tends to have string parts for vocal/choral arrangements. Cheers!
