analyze some opera?

I need to analyze four opera songs for a project and it has proven to be a very difficult challenge so i thought id ask you guys for some help!

The criteria is as follows:

Unity and Variety
Structure of the Music
Purpose of the Music
Tempo
Dynamics (Volume)
Rhythm
Melody
Harmony
Form
Historical Period

The songs are:
When the air sings of summer-Menotti
I Sailed upon the Dog star-Purcell
All I ask of you-Lloyd Webber
Anything you can do-Rogers & Hammerstein

This is probably a peice of cake for someone with musical knowledge. I have none so it seems merely impossible.
Hope you guys can help!
