I'd like some recs of the more alien pieces by modern classical composers.

Technically, he's not a classical composer, but I'm thinking you'll enjoy these as Tomita is the first thing I thought of when reading "Alien" & "Composer" in the same sentence. I couldn't find the full Planets album, but each tune is out there on the toob separately. Lots of others too.
