Need Help Plz! (Russian, tune, orchestra, quote, song)

since i think everyone here knows alot about music, can someone help me out?

i've heard a rumor that a russian (or maybe another nationality, im not sure) composer composed a song for his wife after she died.
when the orchestra played it... everyone who played it died mysteriously.
later it was played again by another orchestra, that orchestra too died, as well as some who've heard it as well.
this piece has been banned by alot of countries, and cannot be found anywhere on the net :S
a friend of mine tried to find it on the internet, but she failed.

does anyone know the name of the song
or the composer??
