Default Joe Hisaishi

Japanese composer who does scores for animes. I'm really into the Princess Mononoke soundtrck right now, and would be willing to pass it along. I'm usually not into this kind of music, but he is amazing.

I've never really made an effort to check out anything like this... but it sounds quite pretty. Plus I love classical music and scores. I shall look into this composer.

I've never actually listened to him but Spirited Away is an amazing movie and his score definetly fit the movie.

I just got the Spirited Away soundtrack, it's a better place to start then the Princess Mononoke one, but I would check out both.

Bump...

He was one of the first musicians whose music I got into (this was about five or six years ago). Strangely enough... I still thoroughly enjoy his work, and I listen to him on a regular basis...
