Rachmaninoff - Piano Concerto #3 In D Minor, Op. 30 - 3. Finale Alla Breve

Try the Planets Suite by Holst - beware that it can be a challenging listen though. Stravinsky - Rites of Spring has some thunderous parts. Check out Mendelssohn's symphonies too.

I've only ever heard one 20 second excerpt of Bela Bartok's music, but it was definitely thunderous and enjoyable. I'm getting some right now so I'll get back to you on that,
