I like Post-Rock, but I'm still offended you compared it to Punk.
Maybe once we hit Post-Post-Rock things'll start getting interesting.

I'll give you that. I think you find that in most genres though. Especially Indie Rock *shudder*

Oh Indie Rock, you've gave me some great great bands, and also ones that were so painfully generic that I wanted then to kill themseleves.

The first time I heard about indie rock, i mentaly saw gandhi and some guru playing stairway to nirvana... Scared for life...

Either way, being stoned to the grave (as Acid Witch would say) definitely helped me get through To Be Kind. I'd usually only listen to one disc, same with The Seer, but baked as hell and I was really into gnarly crazy noise-wank, like Sonic Youth's long ones, and just wanted to hear it all.

Just krautrock and psychedelic noise rock, that's what happens when you get high, take note.

Note taken, I swear I almost feel like I'm missing some musical expirience by not listening to these bands without drugs

Not sure what you're smoking (I've always wanted to say that without sarcasm) , but I feel like to be kind would send people on some sort of bad trip, creepy as it is. Ofc, I'm not exactly experienced in these matters, but.
