Rapider Than Horsepower

Yes, im going through 'thread phase', seems im threading about a band every few minutes at the moment. But this is a band that i've fallen for in a big way lately. Stage Fright! Stage Fright! and This Is My Big Night are both excellent, whilst Rapider Than The World, though maybe a tad over-indulgent, is also good. Their sound melds together influences ranging from funk to pop to hardcore to folk to hip hop to spazzcore to indie rock - they are quite impossible to bracket; which is what makes them, imo, one of the most original bands around atm.

I like the awkward half rapping thing he's got going on. They have some good beats for sure.

Their songs off the split with the Mae Shi didn't really do it for me. I might have to give them another shot though.
