So do we have to keep at the same inversion and octave the entire time, or can we do inversions and octave jumps?

inversions and octave jumps are fine. i added a beat + bass loop to this folder: Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire , it's just a bass playing b & c, the two beats are also tuned to b and c. c7 chord would probably be your best bet if you wanted to incorporate it.

Downloaded both. Not sure what I'm going to do with them. I have a guitar, keyboard and a bass, but I can't really play either of them well enough to the point where I know how to play in different keys and stuff. I'll try stuff though.

I've only recorded one thing so far and it was on a casset recorder and the casset is super warped so it sounds cool... I'll up it and see if it's workable I guess. It's just three chords (Cmaj7, A7sus4, G) with reverb, delay, and distortion.

i just finished a song for c7 that's dying for vocals. i learned to play recorder to make it. dig?

Are we still doing this? I've got a studio so I would LOOOVE to contribute!

Sorry, I've been training for a jazz audition I have this coming Wednesday for the past while and have completely put off writing. I swear I will still be contributing soon.

Aww man, I forgot about this. Maybe if I'm not feeling lazy I'll go grab what I recorded.

Whenever some music is added I'll contribute me messing around my voice with vocal effects
