Sorry that I haven't contributed yet. A combination of laziness, lack of recording experience and lack of experience at playing anything other then the drums have stopped me. I've tried a few times, but my mind honestly draws a blank when I try to do something. I can play stuff on the guitar, but its just random riffs and stuff that have come out of a long time of endless fiddling around. In short, I can't really translate any musical idea I have to the guitar, keyboard or anything. I don't think I've put in enough effort yet though, I'll find time to give this more of a chance.

If only I had a mic right now. Could we maybe play like let's say a D chord but in different octaves? or no?

Eeek... I have so many wonderful Ideas for this. Gonna add loads of built up guitar feedback at the end of five minutes of strumming a D chord. Maybe throw in an acoustic guitar in the mix, shit's gonna get fucked up.

^Since I'm doing the D-chord as well, maybe we can work something out.

I might record another song, but make it really thick and droney and scream over top of it.

I was planing to finger pick around the d chord on my acoustic while I play my electric (all strings tuned to d) with tons of echo/delay and reverb and then send it into a never ending loop while shoving my guitar into my amp. Oh god, I'm just getting goose bumbs from thinking about it but, that's only if I get a mic.

A song could always be progressive. We could have little intermissions so to speak between the parts of the song.
